The Main Tuolumne and Cherry Creek flow through one of the most spectacular river canyons in California. Combining the two gives rafters a chance to experience the wilderness and beauty of the National Wild and Scenic Tuolumne Canyon, and enjoy some of the finest whitewater in the country. Season: June - August.

TRIP OPTION 1: The Crescendo (Building up to Cherry Creek)

Start your trip with 1, 2 or 3 days of rafting on the National Wild and Scenic Tuolumne River—exhilarating Class IV rapids, beautiful hikes up side canyons, remote riverside camping, and stunning scenery. The next portion of your trip is truly the "grand finale"; a day rafting the unparalleled Class V whitewater of Cherry Creek, the uppermost section of the Tuolumne River.

You can choose to book the trips back to back, or you can take a day or more off in between trips to explore the Yosemite area, extend your vacation, or just rest! Days 1 through 3: A 3-day Tuolumne Trip. Three days of rafting plus more time relaxing at camp and exploring the Tuolumne Canyon.

TRIP OPTION 2: Downstream Extreme
(Start with Class V Adrenaline, Celebrate in a Class IV Wilderness)

Turbo charge a Tuolumne trip by adding Cherry Creek to the first day and creating a continuous 27 mile run! Drop an amazing 100 feet per mile as you take off down Cherry Creek early in the morning. Then, spend the main part of the day enjoying one of the most scenic and difficult commercial whitewater rivers in the country before adding onto a Main Tuolumne 2-Day or 3-Day trip.

This "combo" trip offers a genuine wilderness experience by allowing you to remain in the beautiful and protected National Wild and Scenic Tuolumne River Canyon while rafting two great sections of river. Camping during this seamless "downstream" trip occurs on remote beaches far from civilization and everyday life.

Day 1: Raft Cherry Creek starting early morning and in the afternoon, join the first day of a 2-Day Tuolumne Trip: Class V rapids to jump start the day, granite boulder gardens, non-stop adrenaline, Class IV rapids in the afternoon, wilderness camping along the river, fresh meals prepared by guides.
